Free gift wrap and gift message available upon request. Please let us know if your purchase is a gift and we'll gift wrap your order in our beautiful white and gold 'Crystal Of A Kind' packaging.

Delivery and estimations

We try our best to send out your packages on the same day. That means all orders received Monday - Friday before 3pm local Sydney time on a business day will be shipped out that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Once a package has left our office we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed are only estimations. Crystal Of A Kind is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

Crystal Of A Kind is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part. Insurance , tracking and signature on delivery are available for purchase at the check out. Tracking is not included with international Economy Air service.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMS

If you are from the UK, please note that UK’s customs are very strict and we recommend you reading about your possible custom duties and VAT liability prior to purchase.

When ordering from us, you:

  • don’t have to pay Excise Duty;
  • may have to pay Customs Duty on goods with a value that exceeds £135;
  • will have to pay import VAT on goods with a value that exceeds £15;

Customs Duty is waived if the amount of duty calculated is £9 or under.

Please note that because we are not a registered business in the UK, we are not legally able to charge you the VAT. The VAT will be charged by UK customs upon entry into the UK.

Condition of return

- Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
- Return merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
- Customers who received incorrect items or products with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of purchase along with photographic proof. Incorrect or manufacturing fault merchandise must be unused in its original packaging and returned within 21 days of purchase to be considered for a full refund.
- Please understand that shipping fee cannot be refunded as it's a cost of service paid to a courier company at the time of service.
